This is the best anti-stress drink contains the top anti-stress foods: cucumber, avocado, leafy greens, seeds, celery, and apples to sweeten it.
You will need:
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 large apple
- celery root
- a handful of baby spinach
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 tsp sunflower seeds, lightly ground
- 1 tsp sesame seeds, lightly ground
- water, optional
Juice the cucumber, apple, celery and spinach. Mash the avocado, and add it to the juice. Add the seeds and stir well. If the drink is too thick, you can always add some water.
