She Discovered The Secret: “This Homemade Baking Soda Shampoo Saved My Hair”
Blogger Sonnet Lauberth had so many bad hair that is seriously thinking that her hair cut short. But, she found the recipe for shampoo from baking soda and tried. Her hair shines!
“I was ready to chop it all off and go back to short hair when I found my way to the baking soda and vinegar hair care method which solved all my problems” – she wrote.
Although on the market there are natural shampoos that do not contain harmful ingredients, her hair, she said, and after using them it looked lifeless, without fullness and shine. She was trying to bring some sparkle in her hair and she purchased different shampoos and what not for shaping and fullness, but nothing in the long run did not help
So after a while she found out about the baking soda shampoo, and her hair has never been better.
She discovered how to make shampoo, a process is very simple:
Sodium bicarbonate is mixed with water in a ratio of 1: 3, means on one amount of a soda put three water. For example, for a length of the hair to the shoulder enough is two to three tablespoons baking soda. The mixture is applied to dry or wet hair from the roots to the ends and leave it for one to three minutes. Then wash with water.
After that wash the hair with a mixture of vinegar (white or cider) and water in a ratio of 1: 4. In order to minimize the smell of vinegar, although it quickly evaporates, Sonnet to the mixture added a few drops of essential oil of lavender, rosemary or mint. After washing with that mixture, rinse with cold water because it helps keep moisture in the hair strands so it will not look dry, and also smoothes the hair and gives it shine.
